黑胡椒❤炒魚肚

❤食材:

無刺虱目魚肚300g、薑條10g、
酸菜片100g、蔥段50g、蒜片10g、辣椒片5g

❤調味料:

米酒2大匙、醬油3大匙、
黑胡椒1小匙、味醂1大匙、香油1小匙

做法❤

1.魚肚中間劃一直刀 肉面朝下
將虱目魚肚入鍋 蓋上鍋蓋煎至酥香
再放入薑條、 蒜片爆香 接著下酸菜片、
黑胡椒炒香 再下醬油、米酒、味醂炒勻調味

2.放入蔥段、辣椒片炒勻 起鍋前淋入香油即可

❤ 加酸菜一起炒 酸甘脆口不會膩

❤ 加味醂調味 魚肉甜味倍增更美味
